3rd Angle Developments is an Austin-based property investment and development company. For the past decade, I've helped bring the brand to the forefront of the market's real estate conversation.
The Realty side recently introduced a beautiful new website and web-based property brochures - a great feature that optimizes the experience of getting potential buyers to your property.
Marketing Materials and Web Design/UX
Various designs of business cards have been produced for 3rd Angle Developments over the years – each were chosen by their team member but they all carry the cohesive look of the brand.
For Sale/Lease signs were produced to fit each property's needs, and an interactive, web-based brochure was often built to be responsive for all devices. This brochure feature offers viewers a modern buying experience.

In addition to branding 3rd Angle Developments, I created unique flyers each quarter to promote events sponsored by 3rd Angle and partnering companies. These were distributed across social media as well as printed in large format for on-site displays.
