Branding, Product Design, UX, Social Media Content and Marketing Material Design

The brilliant team at Unstuck Minds, LLC approached me with the concept of a startup that would help teams navigate uncertainty and growth obstacles. They needed full brand development as well as a creative and intriguing way to deliver their content with scalability and, ultimately, the ability to produce standalone branded toolkits.

Covid-19 accelerated the need for a digital solution to in-person workshops, and Unstuck Minds™ expanded their offerings into engaging web-based experiences.

Product Design and UX

I designed and oversaw the production of both the physical and digital experiences for 3 different card decks and 4 training programs, each unique in their purpose and design. The decks feature questions and scenarios which ask the users questions that are important to understanding the problems at hand from different viewpoints. An online assessment was created to determine each users' personality type and provide context to the exercise.

Journals soon followed to help clients with accountability and internally-led facilitation methods, also designed to be delivered either as a printed and bound book or as an interactive digital document.

In addition to developing these unique programs and training materials, I created original content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to promote the Unstuck Minds brand and attract new business. By now, we had established a tight brand identity and it was crucial that those channels followed what our audience had come to expect from the Unstuck Minds name.
